With each story I illustrated with a picture, so that the reader knew what was on each page.
I kept the same design of colours as the main page using bold black white and yellow, and even red. It is laid out in so that it is easier to follow and understand.
A red frame for the photos helps the pictures to standout better. And WOB (white on black is very eye catching and looks good wit he yellow background.

I used a bold yellow as the background so that it would standout, and grab the attention of my audience.
I also used a gimmick like a free poster to get people to buy the magazine
New Term is a title that will be appropriate for its audience – freshmen.
WOB or white on black is used to make the important words standout.
The whole cover has a very 80’s feel about it, which makes it very retro and cool looking.
